1. DEFFINITIONS

In this agreement unless a contrary appears, the terms:

"Delegate" shall include an employee(s), nominated or otherwise, of any company firm or individual to who has agreed to attend the conference.
"Conference" shall mean the event as indicated.
"Organizers" shall mean Sapientia Knowledge Solutions Pty Ltd & Travcare.
"Contract" shall mean this agreement entered into between the Organizers and the "Delegate" for participating in the above event and shall include the terms and conditions contained herein.
"Registration fee" shall mean the fee to be paid to the Organizers for participating in the above event and shall not include other fees payable to the Organizers for the provision of other services.
