2. OFFER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONFERENCE

An offer to participate in the conference shall be made in the prescribed registration form which is to be submitted to the Organizers with the required registration fee shall constitute an irrevocable offer to participate in the conference. All such offers can be cancelled as laid out in the clause 7. All cancellations are subject to cancellation fees as stipulated.

3. TERMS OF PAYMENT

All fees are payable by the delegates in advance. And the delegate can choose one of the payment options indicated in the registration form. The registration fees include, welcome reception, conference breakfast, lunch & dinner, coffee/tea breaks and one copy of the conference proceedings. Cost of accommodation, transfers and any sightseeing tours are not included.
