4. CHANGE OF VENUE

The Organizers shall be entitled to change the venue date and or duration of the Conference by giving to the Delegates a notice in writing at least One (1) month before the present proposed date of the Conference without being liable for any loss or damages suffered by the Delegates or for the return of the fees or any part thereof.

5. SECURITY

The Organizers shall not be liable for any losses, damage, claim or injury to goods or persons suffered by /claimed against the organizers before, during or after the conference. All delegates are advised to take necessary insurance before arrival into South Africa and undertake to indemnify against possible legal liabilities.
