6. CANCELLATIONS
OR REDUCTION OF CONFERENCE
The Organizers shall not be required to refund the
consideration paid for taking part in the conference
or any part thereof to the delegates or be liable
for any loss or damage suffered by the delegates
in the event that, the conference is cancelled or
suspended or the duration of the conference is reduced
due to circumstances beyond the Organizers' control
which include but is not limited to:
- Outbreak of war or civil unrest
- Orders of governmental or statutory authorities
- Fire, flood and others acts of God
- Strikes or lockouts by workmen
The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference
and refund the fees paid in such an event and will
not in any way will be liable to any claim for loss
or damages suffered by the delegates. |
